The Crozat’s residencies are located at the heart of the picturesque French town of Avoriaz. The apartments are located within 3 new apartment buildings offering unobstructed views of the surrounding Morzine valley and the local lake. These ski-in-ski-out 1-2 bed apartments have been decorated in a traditional alpine fashion and offer guaranteed rental income for up to 20 weeks from a blue chip rental tenant.

Avoriaz sits atop a cliff at 1800m altitude, helping to guarantee snow cover for the whole season. Avoriaz is only 90 minutes away from Geneva and received the “20th Century Heritage” label in 2003 as a result of its harmonious environment and ecological sensibilities.

Avoriaz is also the only car-free ski resort in France helping to reduce pollution and preserve the traditional aesthetic features of the town. Transport around Avoriaz is provided by horse-drawn sleighs.

Avoriaz is at the heart of the vast Portes du Soleil ski area in the Morzine valley which links 14 French and Swiss resorts, providing 650km of ski slopes, 209 ski lifts and 49 high-altitude restaurants.

The region boasts fantastic shopping, dining and nightlife with an array of shops, bars and restaurants.

During the summer months, occupants can take advantage of numerous activities in the absence of snow, such as walking and hiking, kayaking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, golf and paragliding.

The resort also has an €11m Aquariaz water area covering 2500m2 which is open throughout the year. The Aquariaz water area is conveniently located in the centre of the resort allowing easy access from any apartment.

The resort also features one of the largest spas in the Northern Alps which is also located in the centre of the complex. There is also an onsite crèche available.
