Three steps to success

The first step for a successful property hunt is for you to provide us with the exact criteria for the property for which you are looking. We need to understand your priorities, wishes, dislikes, areas where you can and can't be flexible, budget, timescales and any other requirements.

Next they will email you photographs and descriptions of properties that perfectly match your requirements. You can book flights to France only once a short-list of perfect properties is established and make the best use of your time in France.

The visits

We aim to find your dream property for you within the first visit, but can arrange a second trip if required. During the trip, your property finder will help you to compare the properties with other similar properties, will help you to look for any flaws in the properties or anything that can be used during the negotiation process and will talk you through the fine details of the property, not shown by the estate agent.

You will normally have an opportunity to visit your favourite properties a second time during this trip.

The property finder escorts you throughout the whole of your trip so that you are looked after and receive everything you need.

Where time permits, your property finder will also introduce you to the interior designer, renovation project manager and Notaire available to you if you require.

Criteria

The property finder's service is reserved for those buyers wishing to buy property with a purchase price of over:

€500,000 in the Cote d'Azur
€800,000 in Paris.

The property finder's service is only available to those who will be making the purchase using cash funds or who have already been qualified for a mortgage and received pre-approval from a bank.
