The Key Benefits of Assetz Leaseback™:

1) The owner is able to have complete flexibility in their personal usage patterns either benefiting from guaranteed rental incomes or variable incomes from a managed rental pool.

2) Guaranteed rents are secured through long term leases as with conventional leaseback, however, the owner can choose to end this arrangement with a break- clause after the initial 5 years of the lease.
